Scott Tillery, B.A., MBA, M.A.

I am a business professional with over 25 years of leadership in multiple industries including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and transportation. I am an organizational design expert. My experience includes coaching, mentoring, managing, continuous improvement, culture development, leadership development, negotiating, and training. 

 

My Story:

 

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Jacksonville University, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Masters of Arts in Psychology with a dual concentration in Life Coaching/Positive Psychology and in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, both from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

 

A recent blessing is becoming a Professor of Psychology at Indiana Wesleyan University. I am passionate about giving back and helping people and teaching and life coaching allows me to do just that.

 

I am a member of my church’s Welcome Team and actively participate in church groups. I am involved with the Lakota West football program. I have served on the Reach Out Lakota Board of Directors and for one year, during this time, served as President. My wife and I have been married over 30 years, she is thriving in her career, and we have three amazing kids.

 

I enjoy spending time with my family, serving in my church, playing competitive travel softball, and am a huge high school football, Buckeyes, and Bengals, fan.

 

My personal experiences in going through counseling led me to the belief there had to be more than just recognizing the obstacles I have in my life and instead learn how to overcome them and thrive in doing so.

 

My coaching includes anxiety/depression, grief & loss, addiction, anger management, conflict resolution, parenting/family, and stress management.

 

I work with all men from teens on up, to help them find their passion and purpose.  I am passionate about helping them find courage, creativity, and willpower to live a fulfilled live by turning challenges into opportunities with providing techniques to do so through life coaching.
