What is Coaching?
A COACH is a professional who helps clients determine and achieve their personal goals. As coaches, we work with relatively healthy people who want to improve their lives in a specific way.
Coaching is not therapy because coaching focuses on the present and future, not emotions and emotional patterns. It is a collaborative process that involves both the Coach and the Client working together to identify goals and objectives and the path to achieving the ultimate desires of you, the Client.
Coaching is not just for individuals. Coaching is utilized for families, couples and businesses.
Coaching is done via workshops, face to face sessions, by telephone, web based, e-mail, or your place of business. When done by telephone, web based or e-mail, you do not have to leave the comfort of your home or be away from your office.
