A Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), possesses extensive knowledge of the Employee Assistance Programs in the workplace. She can provide confidential, short-term counseling services for employees who are experiencing personal/workplace problems that may impact their work performance.
She can also provide organizations with consulting and training (One to One, Small Groups, Large Groups, Managers, & Families).
