Jeff Summerlin, B.A.

My Story

Jeff attended Cedarville University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing.  He has been actively involved in the local church in various capacities, including teaching large groups, promoting church growth, mentoring, and active participation in leadership roles. Throughout the years Jeff has co-coached his son’s sports teams, chaired multiple school and community groups and fundraisers, worked with youth groups to build successful programs, mentored college students toward developing career paths, and participated in Alumni and business enterprise organizations within the university setting.  He is chairman of his local HOA Design Review Committee.   Jeff and his wife, Kathy, have been married for over 30 years. After actively raising their three sons, Kathy, along with her business partner, has built a successful in-home business. They have three grown sons, two incredible daughters-in-law, and a beautiful new granddaughter. 

Jeff is passionate about enabling and coaching individuals to reach their goals. He believes that “standing alongside clients” and helping them envision their future direction can bring change. Jeff’s goal is to help every individual to become their best version.  Change can be complex, but with the right coach it is possible to achieve your end goals.  

Jeff works with business executives, married men, young men, college students and groups who are seeking to live a life that aligns with their personal values, passions, and purpose. His focus is on coaching Executive Development; career ladder, defining success, overcoming low self-esteem, and establishing a balance between home and career. He also focuses on Career Development; career choice, time management through clear vision, interview preparation, and determining a clear path after high school and college.  Additionally, he works to promote Personal Development; breaking toxic habits, relationship building, overcoming conflicts, enhancing self-awareness, and building confidence.
